Important message about emergencies now Worcester hospital is so busy

PATIENTS are being reminded only to use hospital emergency departments if they are suffering serious injuries or illnesses after a spike in demand.

The reminder has been issued as both Worcestershire Royal Hospital in Worcester and the Alexandra Hospital in Redditch experience high demand in their emergency departments.

A spokesperson for Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust, which manages both hospitals, said: “Our Emergency Departments at both Alexandra Hospital and Worcestershire Royal Hospital are π˜ƒπ—²π—Ώπ˜† busy, but you can help by choosing the right health service for you.
